At héspéride, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our bio cosmetic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified).
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@heperide.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the item(s).
4. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item(s) are received. héspéride is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
6. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@heperide.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
